Gal Gadot has been helping Hollywood churn out a decent number of box-office blockbusters in recent times, especially since her casting as Wonder Woman in the 2016 film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Her sudden rise to an unprecedented golden status as a leading lady and within the action-hero context was immeasurable.
The actress then became a celebrity recognizable by one too many all over the globe. And all of it, she enjoyed with her husband beside her, cheering Gadot on.
Gal Gadot and Jaron Varsano Fall in Love After 2 Dates
If there ever was an unproblematic relationship in Hollywood, it would be between the Aussie star, Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness. That is until now. With Gal Gadot slowly rising up the ranks becoming as much of a coveted A-lister as her contemporaries, she no longer needs to rely on arm candy roles or small parts in films like Fast & Furious (2009).
In the years leading up to her big break in the Vin Diesel franchise, Gadot recalls the wonderful years of falling in love with her husband. As Jaron Varsano claimed as a part of the cover interview of Gadot’s 2020 Vogue issue:
“We were in a very unique laboratory—a desert retreat in the south of Israel. Both she and I were at a stage in our lives where we were thinking about what is love and what is a relationship. We started talking at 10 p.m., and we kissed at sunrise, and we held hands on the drive back to Tel Aviv. At that moment, we were just glued together. It was beautiful.
[By the second date, Varsano claimed] “I’m going to marry you. I’m going to wait for two years, but we’re going to get married.””
To his uniquely confident and assured proposal, Gadot couldn’t find any fault with the plan. She simply replied, “Fine,” when Varsano admitted his intentions.

Gal Gadot Has Perfected the Work-Family Life Balance
With Jaron Varsano by her side, Gal Gadot has witnessed the meteoric rise and fame in Hollywood. The pair, who had mutually agreed upon a promise to marry each other only a short period after meeting for the first time, then tied the knot in 2008, merely a year before her silver screen glory with the Fast franchise. The pair now have three children, Alma (12), Maya (6), and Daniella (2).
Varsano, who had been a successful real estate developer in Tel Aviv at the time of their meeting has since then moved to the US where the couple are now raising their family. In 2019, Gal Gadot and Yaron Varsano launched a film and television production company, Pilot Wave which is currently witnessing several projects in production, including a Cleopatra feature film starring Gadot in the lead, Heart of Stone (a thriller starring Gadot and Jamie Dornan), a Nat Geo documentary project that has been ongoing since 2021, and several others.
