Impressing the gaming community is not an easy feat to achieve but the game developers did it with ease by simply releasing a new batch of photos including everyone’s favorite protagonist: Aloy, and gave the fans another glimpse of how the world is beautifully crafted with LEGO bricks.

The Gaming Community is Excited for Lego Horizon Adventures

Lego Horizon Adventures is the first PlayStation in 28 years to launch for a rival platform.
LEGO Horizon Adventures will introduce the franchise to a new audience.

Sony has shown a great interest in the Horizon franchise and is about to go overboard with an insane amount of new content ranging from sequels, multiplyer games, VR titles, live-action adaptation over at Netflix and more. The upcoming game is the first of many more to follow and while it does feature the same protagoist and the same narrative, LEGO Horizon Adventures is not a faithful adaptation nor a parody and could be something in between.

The developers recently shared a new batch of photos and gave the gaming community another great look of the heroine and the world players to explore. LEGO games usually share the same visual nature but there is something about this project that will push the boundaries and redefine what it means to be a LEGO game.

Sony knows how to perfectly market its first-party games and is getting the reaction they hoped for. While these games are not for everybody, there is still a lot to behold and will serve as a perfect alternative before the developers are ready to share the next major entry.

The game is targeted for younger audiences who couldn’t be introduced to the more mature nature of the franchise but the gameplay and visuals are sufficient to appeal to all age demographics. Perhaps this will be the start for PlayStation to branch out even further and cater to more consumers.

Guerrilla Games struck gold with this franchise and it would be wise to keep striking the hammer with new content while the iron is still hot. The first two major games did well and it gave the developers the confidence to collaborate with others and expand the world.

The family-friendly theme of LEGO will make this game much easier to ship and market. Sony is now going for the offensive and is putting a lot more emphasis and effort towards this game and Astro Bot to capitalize on the idea of being inclusive.

The game is still a few months away and that is an ample amount of time for the developers to make it even look better. Game developers are wizards in this craft and can manifest anything into reality.

Perhaps this game is worth giving a shot despite not being what the gaming community wanted, but maybe Sony saw this as a game that others needed. Children are being exposed to video games and there should be healthier options available.
