Being a record holder in the Guinness Book of World Records is no small feat and Rockstar Games remain undefeated by having the fastest-selling video game under its name. The developers will probably try to double down by banking on this new project being a much bigger success.

Rockstar Games has been developing video games for the past two decades and contributed greatly to the gaming industry. The gaming community has been coming up with theories for the past few years and taking every piece of evidence possible as to when the developers will drop the second trailer of GTA 6, but that is part of the experience.

The gaming community is now wondering if the upcoming project will not only be as successful but may even surpass the amazing feat the previous game achieved which is to gross over a billion dollars in three days.

There is a strong possibility of this upcoming project being the developer’s most successful game yet. The gaming community has spent a decade begging for any bit of news or piece of new content and the first trailer is picking up some speed once again. Perhaps the fans will come together and make history once more.

Unfortunately, there are some examples of the enthusiasm of the gaming community causing more harm than good. Some fans are misusing the power of artificial intelligence and releasing fake screenshots that could put the developers in an unfair spot if casual players are baited by promises that Rockstar Games never made.

It is foolish to believe that Rockstar Games would stop after the success of GTA 5, GTA Online, and Red Dead Redemption 2. These projects feel more like stepping stones in hindsight on the way to crafting the studio’s biggest and most ambitious video game yet. Not only that, the gaming community is also convinced that the island of Guarma was a testing field for the next generation of physics.

It is only a matter of time before the developers release the second GTA 6 trailer which may feature a solid release date for the official launch and pre-orders. It will not be easy to surpass the success of GTA 5 but with the combined might of the gaming community, nothing is impossible.

Its is likely that Rockstar Games is planning a major marketing campaign and the hype and momentum will gradually increase until the release day. Regardless of when the second trailer will drop, the game will be in the hands of fans soon.
