Gwyneth Paltrow is known for her beauty, fame, and privilege due to her good background. Being the daughter of a television producer and actress, her access to Hollywood got easier than one would expect, however, she has denied taking advantage of her rich background.

“He [my father] said, ‘You are completely on your own. So he never gave me anything. I never had any supplementation, he never helped me with my rent, I never had a trust fund.”

Though, it still wasn’t enough to convince netizens that she achieved everything on her own. However, what makes her the most hated celebrity is her flexing style. In her 2011 cookbook, she wrote, “We’ve got a wood-burning pizza oven in the garden — a luxury, I know.”

Not just in her blogs, but Gwyneth Paltrow has continued to flaunt her lavish oven in her posts which is something she wants her viewers to notice. She also shared about her “must-have-outfits” which are not something an average person could afford, as her “must-have” category costs thousands of dollars. Being known for her flawless beauty, she often shares how one can get a glow like her.

“Many of the absolute best beauty products I’ve found come from regular French pharmacies.”

However, if one wants that glow, one would need to visit France or check out the products which originate from France, again a blissful luxury. Her frequent representation of luxury is something an average person would be unable to afford, which is among the major reasons why she gets hate from the Internet.

Back in 2016, Paltrow collided with a retired doctor, Terry Sanderson, at the Deer Valley Resort in Utah, which resurfaced when he sued the former in 2019 for $3.1 million, which was later reduced to $300,000. He alleged that their collision resulted in a “permanent traumatic brain injury, four broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress, and disfigurement.”

In her counterclaim, she stated that Sanderson crashed into her on the ski slope requesting $1 in damages as well as her attorneys’ fees. She eventually won the lawsuit and was awarded her symbolic compensation for her counterclaim.
