Hasbro unveils the very sleek and movie-accurate sculpture of Wakanda’s very own hero’s headgear in the new Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Electronic Role Play Helmet. The gear is a 1:1 scale reproduction that can be worn.
The item is available for pre-order now at Hasbro Pulse. It has the movie’s purple Vibranium light effect and flip-up lenses. This is the updated version following the release of their Legacy Collection figures back in April.
The collection is revealed just in time for the premiere of Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in November. The cast includes Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Daniel Kaluuya, Dominique Thorne, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, Michaela Coel, Angela Bassett, and Florence Kasumba.
With Letitia Wright taking up the mantle in the sequel film, she shares how it honors Chadwick Boseman (via Variety):
“We honored him by committing ourselves to the story that he started, the legacy he started with this franchise, and we committed every day to work hard, no matter what circumstances we faced.”

The gear is sold at a retail price of $131.99 and will be available in store this Fall 2022. The device requires three AA batteries, which are not included in the box.
