The first episode’s success led to A24 picking up the series and leading up to the show’s premiere announcement. In addition to that, there is good news, too: Season 2 of the Hazbin Hotel is in the works. As the creator of Hazbin Hotel, Vivienne Medrano told The Cosmic Circus:

“We currently are writing it, which is really exciting. It’s a very, very exciting new story. Obviously it follows the events of Season 1, which people haven’t seen yet, but I’m so excited. I think it picks up in a perfect way, it focuses on a very fun villain and it’s a villain we meet in Season 1. I’m very excited about this process starting again.”

Though, it’s not known when it’ll be released.
