He shared how his father pushed him to work out.

“It really is part of my DNA and my daily routine. My dad really got me onto the idea of working out, but it’s been myself that’s focused and wanted to get to different levels of my training to become better. Because it just helps me in so many other categories. If you don’t slack off in the gym, you find ways to not slack off in other parts of your life.

Given that each of the father-son duo is a fitness freak, when asked who is more fit, he didn’t shy away from flaunting his father’s incredible physique. “He’s 73 and he can still lift more than I can.”

The Shark Tank Season 15 has finally come to an end with a surprising appearance from the Schwarzenegger family, Patrick, and his mother. The duo made their debut on the show, presenting their company, MOSH in front of the panel of potential investors — Mark Cuban, Robert Herjavec, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Daymond John, and Kevin O’Leary.

The mother-son duo asked for $500,000 for a 2% stake in their company. While the other sharks couldn’t get on board with their proposal, Greiner negotiated to offer the same amount with a stake of 4.5% in the company.

MOSH, a protein bar venture, offers a variety of flavors including lemon white chocolate, banana bread, cookie dough crunch, and peanut butter chocolate. It’s more than a business for Shriver as she told PEOPLE

“I wanted to start a protein bar that had a mission and a purpose, which was to get people thinking about their brains, thinking about what they put into their mouth, and thinking about how to live a lifestyle that when you get to my age, you’ve done all you can to try to prevent neurological disease. And that’s why I’m proud of MOSH’s success.”

In addition to being healthy, it also aids the Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement at the Cleveland Clinic to fund research for the disease. Not just Patrick, but all of her children are heavily involved in curating this healthy brand which not only helps one nutritionally but also does good to the world.
