Brad Pitt is now at the point in his life and career where he is choosing projects that he deems appropriate for his stardom as well his ones that bring in a new challenge. Pitt has gone through highs and lows as an actor and is one of the bonafide movie stars from the 90s who still commands a huge fan following.
Pitt is now 60 and is currently shooting for his upcoming sports drama film F1. The 12 Monkeys star looked as lively and effervescent as ever as he arrived on set (in an Instagram video). The actor is seriously aging backward, like his character in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and looks way younger than his contemporaries like Patrick Dempsey, who is 58.
Fans are still shocked at Pitt’s almost youthful look with krischer82 commenting “He Looks 20 years Younger, a miracle has happend”. Another fan john450c made a reference to Benjamin Button writing “He really is benjamin button!! Dude is 60”. At that age, he defies every expectation and continues to change audiences all the way.

Brad Pitt Was Not Pleased With The Final Cut of Legends Of The Fall
During the 90s, which was a seminal era for Brad Pitt, he starred in Edward Zwick’s Legends of the Fall. The film chronicled the lives of the Ludlow family and the changes that are brought to them by love, war, and the passage of time. Pitt played one of the brothers in the Ludlow family who is devastated by not being able to save his younger brother during WW1 while also having a complex relationship with his fiancée.
In Zwick’s memoir Hits, Flops, and Other Illusions: My Fortysomething Years in Hollywood, the director detailed how Pitt was anxious about the film’s proceedings and became volatile during the shoot. The actor was ready to quit the film as he was not pleased with the final cut, which omitted one shot that he loved. Zwick wrote (via Vanity Fair),
Brad’s anxiety about the movie never quite went away. When I showed Brad the final film, he wasn’t pleased. He felt I’d underplayed his character’s madness,” he recalled. “I had in fact cut only a single shot from the scene where Tristan is raging with fever, screaming as the waves wash over him on the schooner. But it was a shot he dearly loved, and it would have been little enough to leave it in, and I should have.
Despite Pitt not loving the film, the film was a turning point in his career and he continues to find new fans to this day. As of 2024, Pitt will reunite with his Ocean’s Eleven co-star George Clooney in Wolfs, which will hit theatres on September 20, 2024. He will then star in the highly anticipated sports action film F1 hitting theatres on June 27, 2025.
