Everyone loves to listen to a good love story, especially when that romance is larger than anything in the regular world. Thus, many turn towards Hollywood to look at their favorite celebrities and stars for what they are up to with their life of romance. Many times, we find some having a great time with each other, and some times, not so much. Thus, this story is about the time when Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Melissa Joan Hart were a thing.
This romance reportedly took place when they were still teen actors on the sets of Sabrina The Teenage Witch, the previous iteration of the tale before Netflix’s version of the 16-year-old teenage witch. Hart reported that while on the sets, she and Reynolds had ‘A Thing’ going on between them, something she had revealed in the past for brief moments.
What Happened Between Melissa Joan Hart And Ryan Reynolds
Back in the 90s. when there was no Netflix and Chill to be done, the medium of network TV brought the tale of Sabrina, a teenage witch to the screen with Melissa Joan Hart as the titular protagonist in the TV Movie Sabrina The Teenage Witch. In the film, Hart’s character is smitten with Seth, who was played by Ryan Reynolds, and she wanted to use her magic to make him fall in love with her. It was on these sets that Hart remembers making out with the MCU star.

During her interview on the Australian Morning Show Studio 10, the Melissa and Joey star talked about how she went on to kiss Reynolds in her car while they were working together on the film. She revealed that he had gifted her an expensive watch and that she was beyond excited to receive that gift, which she reciprocated by giving him a big kiss on his lips. But at the time, Hart was in a relationship with another man, thus they didn’t continue their relationship any further. During the show, she said:
“I had a boyfriend at the time, but we were smitten and cute and he was adorable, He was a really, really nice guy — probably would have been a great boyfriend — and I didn’t end up with the other guy. Maybe I should have taken a chance!”
After almost 25 years, she still remembered those brief moments with Reynolds of something beautiful that could’ve been.
What’s Next For Ryan Reynolds?
After an official announcement about the return of Hugh Jackman’s Logan in the upcoming Deadpool 3, Reynolds is preparing to reprise his role of the motormouth mercenary as he makes his official debut in the MCU with the film. While details are still hazy, we can expect some multiversal shenanigans from Wade Wilson, which will somehow turn the entire timeline upside down and also revive the first Mutant of Marvel Comics.
