While the film stars that we all love and admire maybe these larger-than-life individuals that we might never meet in our lives face to face, we still end up making a bond with them. But actor Jack Black, who is considered to be an individual that just oozes that friendliness and approachable nature, attracts fans and the audience to him like it’s his second nature.
Considered to be one of the most positive and playful celebrities in the film industry today, there are so many fans and even stars that praise him for his kind and cozy nature. But it seems like not everyone agrees on that, especially one reporter in particular, who was so mad after being treated like crap by the star that he had nothing but negative things to say about him.
Reporter Vernon Kay Acuuses Jack Black Of Constant Abrasive And Inconsiderate Behaviour
Whether it be the types of roles that he gets in the industry or the playful nature that he executes those roles with, one thing is for certain, and it’s that Jack Black has a gift of attracting just about anyone and making them feel comfortable around him, whether it be in person or through his films. From animated masterpieces to satirical flicks, the star’s image screams a good person every time. But it seems like there’s a side to him that no one else but English reporter Vernon Kay knows, which is rash and hideous according to him.

In the past, the reporter came out and talked about the experiences where he had met the Kung Fu Panda star on several occasions, and in every single one of them, he had received nothing but inconsiderate and borderline disgusting behavior from him. He also revealed the fact that when he first met him. he was just starting up in the industry, and during that initial meeting, he acted in the same way, which left a negative and lasting impression on him. In the report, Kay said:
“I don’t know whether he’d had a hangover or whether it was because I was either the first or last interview of the day but he was horrible, he was an absolute d–k, an a–hole. When you’re so rude, arrogant, and pig-faced to a young TV presenter, who’s so nervous and trying to hone his skills, and you’re so arrogant to dismiss that, it’s just not on. I interviewed him for ‘Gulliver’s Travels,’ for ‘School of Rock,’ for ‘Shallow Hal,’ and a couple of others and he was just the same every time.”
While there may be none except the reporter that accused him of such crass behavior, it certainly hits the star’s reputation with a negative impact.

What Has Jack Black Been Upto Recently?
Taking a different direction, recently, we saw Black become the voice of Bowser in the recent animated blockbuster The Super Mario Bros Movie alongside MCU star Chris Pratt. The film went on to amass a staggering $1.35 Billion at the box office, becoming the 3rd highest-grossing animated film of all time. While we may not know what Black has in store for the world next, his fans and the audience will wait excitedly for it.
