Employees in Hollywood are calling for a number of demands. These demands include higher pay, better residuals, better working conditions, and protections from AI stealing their job. In addition to these, SAG-AFTRA is seeking the same wage increases for video game performers as it does for those working under film and television contracts: 11% retroactive to contract expiration and 4% increases in the second and third years of the agreement required for members’ wages to keep pace with inflation.
