Helldivers 2 is still going strong, with almost 300,000 concurrent players every day on Steam. The game was developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and is the first title to ever launch on PC and PS5 at the same time. Sony was on point to launch this game with this particular strategy.
Helldivers 2 sold more than 1 million copies in the first four days on PC. But it is not all fun and giggles; some developers of the game are not being patient enough with the players, who will always complain. There was a little discussion over on Reddit where one developer talked about the lack of skill of a Reddit user.
The developers of Helldivers 2 have some complicated communication issues
One of the best things that Helldivers 2 has is a community that is very united and is always eager to see some more action; they are not toxic at all. So this camaraderie moves to all kinds of social media or any post about the game, including memes, and helps each other out with some advice to fight democracy.
But in the latest patch notes that were posted on Reddit, a discussion led to a dev of Helldivers 2 not answering in the most positive way to a concerned player that had some doubts about the late patch.

Reddit user Porkybrah posted a complaint about the patch notes and how weapons are not damaging enemies enough in Helldive difficulty. To this concern, an Arrowhead Game Studios developer answers in the least friendly way possible.
Saying the following: “People are still clearing Helldive, so I’m not sure what to say here. But “skill issue” comes to mind.” This dev is saying something obvious, but not in a friendly way. The last difficulty of Helldivers 2 is not for everyone, and this dev should have looked for a better way to say it.

The discussion continues, and other players criticize the PR skills of this particular dev. The community was not happy with the management of this patch note and kept talking with this developer; this went viral, and even the CEO of the company called out about it. This kind of communication with your community is not an acceptable way to manage this situation.
Helldivers 2 has a lot of new content incoming. Some players could test the new Exo-Patriot mecha suit and even some Recon vehicles that will be available in the game. There is no confirmation on when these weapons and vehicles will come to the game.
