Naraka Bladepoint has proven to have a more complex community, as evidenced by one recent Reddit video. The game mixes martial arts with an open-world setting based on ancient Chinese lore. According to certain players, it’s not a very welcoming community.
Naraka Bladepoint Surpasses Helldivers 2 as the Most Toxic Community
Every day, new live-service games emerge, yet only a handful can successfully cultivate a substantial community to endure and persist for years. Helldivers 2, one of these titles, made its debut in February of this year. One of the key elements of the game is that it is almost mandatory to play with a squad to survive any standard mission.
Sometimes the community is a little too intense but it is still behind one game. According to a new post on Reddit, there is a new toxic community to win the award; Naraka Bladepoint players are not really into teamwork.
The user shared a video in which they found himself in the midst of a team battle, with their teammates completely ignoring his attacks and failing to assist or engage in combat. They were playing the battle royale mode in duos, staying close to his teammate but it wasn’t a great experience.
This Community Should Really Change a Couple of Things
In the video, the user demonstrates his ability to fight against another duo without any assistance or movement from their teammates. Users responded to the post, suggesting that the player in question was likely a troll and that they wouldn’t have participated in the game anyway. They also recommended blocking and reporting the player.
Several users pointed out that both players were at fault for being too far from each other. This kind of thing is a common practice in any cooperative online multiplayer title. If you don’t know your teammate, there are a lot of chances of not being able to play a good match with teamwork and cooperation.
Compared to games like Helldivers 2, Rocket League, and others there is not such a lack of companionship in the matches; the majority of players help even a little to achieve the goal. It appears that Naraka Bladepoint is experiencing a decline.
Naraka Bladepoint is a unique game concept that places the player on a large map, where they must use various abilities, primarily martial arts, to defeat other players. The title is developed by a Chinese studio called Hangzhou 24 Entertainment, a massive IP that is looking for a very broad audience.
