Helldivers 2 has been a massive hit in the gaming world since its launch. Most of the craze for the game comes from the fact that players worldwide can join their hands together and go on massive interstellar battles across the galaxy and save their Super Earth from extraterrestrial beings.

One of the exciting missions the Helldiver 2 players recently undertook was to free the planet of Tien Kwan. This planet was under the control of the Automaton robots and players launched a full strike on them to free the planet. This battle was also motivated by an uninterrupted supply of the new Exosuit mechs.

It now looks like the Helldivers 2 players need to go on another mission and this one with be bigger than the previous one. According to a new Major Order from the Super Earth Command, players need to free all the four worlds from the Terminids infestation. These planets lie in the Umlaut Sector and players have only one week to get the job done.

Players need to finish the job by the morning of March 19, and if they aren’t able to emerge victorious, these four planets which act as barriers to the Super Earth will be overrun with Terminids infestation.

Interestingly, this mission comes at a perfect time as a recent new patch that removed the annoying Electronic Countermeasures modifier, decreased the rate at which Charger and Bile Titan spawn, and allowed players to one-shot Chargers with a rocket launcher blast. As a result, the Helldivers 2 players will find the fight against the Terminids to be a little easier at higher difficulties than it was previously.

If the community is able to achieve this remarkable feat, they will be able to use the Terminid Control System, which is described as “a network of massive, Termicide-dispensing towers” that will eradicate every bug on these worlds and provide protection from any more invasions.

In addition to the above-mentioned exciting reward, each member of the community will receive 50 Warbond Medals. Players can use these medals to get things from the next Cutting Edge Warbond, which will be made available from March 14.

Helldivers 2 gets a patch note from Arrowhead Game Studios

Large, tough-armored opponents like Chargers and Bile Titans have been perceived by many players as being overpowered in terms of spawn rate at higher difficulties. To make things worse for them the meta-defining Railgun was nerfed in last week’s balance patch.

As a relief to all the developers recently released patch 1.000.102 on March 12. This patch decreased the “risk of Aspawn spikes” for Chargers and Bile Titans on Tier 7-9 difficulty. As a result, the players are no more burdened to include anti-tank weapons in their loadouts.

However, the developers added that the players can “expect other enemy types to appear in greater numbers,”. Therefore, the players will have lesser big enemies to fight off, but they need to deal with bigger swarms of weaker opponents.
