The Helldivers 2 community continues to grow stronger in numbers and the gaming community is full of different personalities, some of which are less than desirable. These players know how to get creative and become more self-aware of their actions.
The current shape of the game is ideal and the gaming community is doing its part by throwing suggestions for Arrowhead Game Studios to consider. One suggestion is picking up some momentum and the fans even whipped up a catchy parody that will likely gain the attention of the developers.
The Helldivers 2 Community Made It Known That They Want More Gas
Arrowhead Game Studios is doing everything possible to keep the gaming community interested in the live service project and should heavily consider using the ideas given by the player base. The players are a treasure trove of great suggestions that could improve the game and their feedback has value since they are the ones on the front lines, an orbital illumination flare stratagem for Helldivers 2 was leaked and not everyone was impressed.
Perhaps the developers should keep an open mind about the community suggestions, and use the momentum to gain their favor by appealing to what they are asking for.

More weapons, items, and stratagems inspired by gas are in high demand and some players are already making fun of it claiming the community is already too toxic for any more gas. Perhaps Arrowhead Game Studios can use the community’s interest to gain the fans’ interest and ensure a strong daily player count.
Providing more gas-based weapons will improve the variety and offer the players more options for their loadout. Some players prefer using a Stalwart build which led other players to mock them and show how toxic the community can be, and will likely become worse if these gas-based assets are added.
Gas-Based Weapons and Stratagems Could Bring More Harm Than Good in Helldivers 2
Director Johan Pilestedt would be disappointed to see how toxic the gaming community became. This behavior contradicts the director’s vision of bringing together players from all places and being kind to one another.
The developers have run into a wall lately and are struggling to output content. It may not be the best idea but there is interest in seeing more items inspired by the use of gas in the game and if this were to be fulfilled, the entertainment factor will likely increase.
Arrowhead Game Studios is running out of options and there is no shame in caving in and giving the people what they want if it means it would protect the game. Although, it would be wise to establish safeguards or methods that would protect the developers’ vision.
Gas can only stoke the flames of toxicity for the worse and the developers could be a step ahead. Toxicity is not an ideal behavior for the modern age of online gaming.
