“Pre-breakfast cardio done! Don’t feel like doing it? Neither did I, but now it feels goood. Just get a coffee down ya! It doesn’t have to be fast (unless you’re training for that) just go out and jog gently for 20 mins or so and build up over time. You will not regret it, I promise.”

Jiu-Jitsu is a close-contact martial arts form originating in Japan and having Brazilian adaptations. Generally, Jiu-Jitsu begins with a 10-15 mins warm up and the next 30-40 mins are spent on mastering drills and learning the footwork. The last 15-20 mins are all about fighting and rolling. It demands a lot of back and core strength.

Looking at all the perfectly executed action scenes in his projects, it’s clear that the Jiu-Jitsu classes are paying off and he is slowly mastering the martial arts technique.

Will Henry Cavill Return To DC And The Witcher

Even though James Gunn has already made it clear that he is bringing in a new actor to play the last son of Krypton in Superman: Legacy and Netflix has announced that Liam Hemsworth has officially replaced him as Geralt in The Witcher, Cavill’s fans aren’t happy. His fanatics want him to reprise his role as Superman in DC and Geralt of Rivia in Netflix’s The Witcher. However, irrespective of all the petitions, it seems like that isn’t possible anymore.

It looks like Gunn is starting afresh by rebooting the DC franchise while fans of The Witcher are praying that with Liam Hemsworth coming in season 4, the writing team of the show will stick to Andrzej Sapkowski’s source material rather than veering off-track to put in their own ideas into it. A subsection of DC fans is also hoping that Cavill will be able to play Superman if the Snyderverse is continued on Netflix or even under DCU’s Elseworlds label.

However, Netflix hasn’t publically acknowledged the movement and Gunn hasn’t disclosed if he is going to continue the Snyderverse under the Elseworlds label. Also, Henry Cavill is already busy developing a Warhammer 40K series and as such, it looks like the actor himself has moved on from those projects. Yet, one cannot help but hope that Cavill will show up as Superman or Geralt of Rivia in one way or the other. Whether that actually happens or not, remains to be seen.

The Witcher is streaming on Netflix, and Zack Snyder’s Justice League is streaming on HBO Max.
