Tom Holland became a wholesome heartthrob when it was announced that he was dating Euphoria actress Zendaya. But the Uncharted actor recently hinted that there is one other person that could potentially take Zendaya away from him.
Nudging at Dune actor Timothée Chalamet, Tom Holland stated that he was more handsome (double, to be precise) than Holland and that he’d lose in a competition for handsomeness if they ever faced each other.
Tom Holland Would Lose Against Timothée Chalamet In a Handsomeness Fight
Tom Holland and Timothée Chalamet are young actors with notable and iconic roles to their names. From starring in the role of Spider-Man in the MCU to working alongside Luca Guadagnino in Bones and All, both actors have indeed proven themselves.

A recent YouTube video showcased Tom Holland guessing who his competition would be in terms of handsomeness. With Holland’s picture on the left and a question mark on the right, the host asked the Spies in Disguise actor who would he be in comparison with in terms of handsomeness.
The video starts with The Devil All The Time actor reading aloud from the monitor screen,
“Who is better looking, Tom Holland or…It’s gonna be Timothée Chalamet, I bet you put him up there. No? Cause he’s double handsome and I’d lose that one [round]”
Following the above statements, the Dolittle actor went on to name-drop a few more celebrities and people like Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Holland (Tom’s brother). The final answer turned out to be Mark Wahlberg who the actor shared the screen in Uncharted. The Cherry actor won the vote for being more handsome with a majority of 73% of votes. The insecurity, however, of Tom Holland against Timothée Chalamet, was evident since the former has clearly an inferiority complex against the Call Me By Your Name actor.
Timothée Chalamet Also Tried To Take Tom Holland’s Spider-Man
Following Andrew Garfield’s fallout with Sony, it was time to find a new Spider-Man. Before Tom Holland was cast for the role in Captain America: Civil War, Timothée Chalamet had also given an audition for the part.
Recalling the audition, Timothée Chalamet revealed that it did not go according to his plan at all. Following a freak-out, Chalamet ran from the auditions due to nervousness. The actor also reconsidered going for a second try but his agent refused him, outrightly so.
Timothée Chalamet will be seen in the upcoming sequel to the 2021 hit movie, Dune i.e., Dune Part 2. The film currently stands in post-production and is expected to be released on 3rd November 2023.
