Early on, Stewie rejects the concept of getting out of the closet, and when his therapist, voiced by Ian McKellen examines his situation, he understands that it’s not something that Stewie can ignore. Here the twist was quite unexpected; the therapist was exposed as an imposter and then there was a confrontation.
