Devout Cody Rhodes fans are cheering the primal babyface of the company right now chanting his name all along on his road to WrestleMania 40. There are only a few hours to the biggest WWE event but fans are not particularly happy as Tripple H gave concerning hint involving Rhodes’ fate in the event.
The Bloodline is dominating WWE right now but Rhodes’ buzz and fans’ obsession with him finishing the story have created intense suspense for WrestleMania 40. Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins are going to face The Rock and Roman Reigns at the biggest WWE event in a tag match which will determine Rhodes’ fate in his title shot against Reigns on day 2.
Triple H Addresses Fans’ Frustration Ahead Of WrestleMania 40
The current chief content officer and head of creative for WWE, Triple H appeared on Pat McAfee Show with ESPN and addressed the neverending concerns of fans regarding creatives. “Look there people are going to nitpick everything, right? It’s just the way it is,” Triple H said.
“They’re all going to analyze the booking and the finishes and everything that we do. They’re going to overanalyze all of it… It doesn’t end, you know? What happens at like 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night when WrestleMania is over, the second night of WrestleMania is over and we all do that, someone hands me the sheets for Raw the next night, and I start looking at that show because and we’ve already been looking at it but like it, the story continues. When you get to the end of the best chapter in the book that you’ve ever read you flip the page and there’s a whole new chapter or there’s a whole new volume.”
While Tripple H promised even a better time between WrestleMania 40 and 41, it doesn’t omit the concern for Cody Rhodes. The odds of the hero winning are slim considering the power and influence of The Bloodline. So, is Rhodes good for business? Yes, but Roman Reigns is now top of the ladder. So, despite Rhodes deserving to finish the story, WWE may crown Reigns victorious.
Fans Are Expecting The Worst With Heavy Hearts
Every story, every feud eventually comes down to what is good for business. WWE may not want to establish Reigns as weak by dethroning The Tribal Chief, he is good for business, there would be no doubt about that. So, will Rhodes overcome all odds to break Reigns’ legendary 1300-plus days title reign? Fans are now dwelling on the suspense.
HHH sounds like he's preparing us for the worst, Cody losing. 💀 pic.twitter.com/65lAvD8xkt

Have to be realistic.
They not going to have Seth, Roman, Iyo, Rhea, Tag Team Titles, Gunther all to lose.
I think Seth retains over Drew, and Iyo beats Bayley, Gunther retains.

I can only tell you the view from the outside
If Cody wins, great, it makes the die-hard fans happy
Then what?
Roman’s streak ends. What value does he still have? When WCW ended Goldberg’s streak he lost his luster
Will be interesting to see what happens

Nah…. I see clearly what he’s saying and doing. The bloodline story is def gonna progress and far from over….. but we moving it away from the wwe championship 😭😮💨❤️

I refuse to believe that they will bring Roman Reigns all this way to not break Hogan’s record. Cody Rhodes is not winning.

If Rhodes wins, it will definitely be interesting to see what happens next. Certainly, CM Punk and Randy Orton could be the next big chapter in the quest for the title storyline but it would be a huge blow to The Bloodline. Also, if The Rock vs Reigns is to happen, then he needs to retain the title. Quite the pickle but we are not far away from the results.
WrestleMania 40 starts from 6 April to 7 April.
