Hilarie Burton Has Big Plans For Taylor Swift as Grammy-Winner’s Romance With Travis Kelce Becomes a Global Obsession

Rumors are swirling about the Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift romance, and it appears the couple has a celebrity fangirl. Hilarie Burton, the One Tree Hill actress, is ‘painfully’ invested in the relationship, constantly tweeting about it on her X account. Burton, who’s happily married to The Walking Dead actor, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, has even compared Swift’s relationship to her own with Morgan.

Burton recently released her memoir, Grimoire Girl: A Memoir of Magic and Mischief, which is also her second non-fiction book. The only two things that dominate the Grey’s Anatomy actress’s social media feeds are her book promotion and Taylor Swift’s romance.

Hilarie Burton appeared on The View to discuss her memoir, and the first thing she was asked about was her fascination with the budding romance between pop sensation Taylor Swift and football star Travis Kelce. Burton shared that she’s so invested in their relationship that she has practically become the leading authority on the subject.

Burton went on to explain how this relationship has brought Americans together at a time of chaos, leaving her with a warm and fuzzy feeling. Furthermore, Burton has some high hopes for the Lavender Haze singer, as she wants the relationship to blossom into something more substantial, including marriage and children. Burton shared on The View:

“I love what this symbolizes. I think our country was in turmoil for a very long time and every day felt apocalyptic. We have reached the phase where we care about a romance between a big pop star and a really good football player. Give me all the warm, fuzzy, nice things. Get married. Have babies.”

In many ways, the White Collar actress embodies the sentiment felt by many Americans about this budding romance. Although the couple remains evasive about their relationship, they have been spotted together multiple times, going on dates for the past few days.

Last month, Travis Kelce, one of the greatest tight ends for the Kansas City Chiefs, invited Swift to watch one of their games against the Chicago Bears. The Grammy Award winner attended the game, watching alongside Kelce’s mother, in his family suite. Burton couldn’t resist sharing her thoughts on the matter, offering a relationship pro tip.

Burton tweeted that inviting your partner to the workplace is relationship 101. The Solstice actress added that when your partner introduces you to their boss and co-workers, it means that they think highly of you. She also added that the partner wants you to see how good they are at their job. She revealed that her husband, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, had invited her to a set 14 years ago. Burton’s tweet:
