Beth Lewis is a former professional dancer who later dropped Broadway to dive into health and fitness. According to her profile on peterattiamd.com, she grew up in Georgia, where she excelled as a gymnast, swimmer, dancer, soccer player, and martial artist. She has devised multiple training systems based on a variety of training disciplines, including Functional Range Conditioning, Postural Restoration, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.

Her methods as a strength coach are rather non-traditional, which have certainly produced great results. For Hugh Jackman, she came up with regular bicep curls and deadlifts for him to gain muscles.
