Hugh Jackman’s portrayal of Logan a.k.a Wolverine is the most beloved (and the only so far) depiction of the legendary Marvel character. The actor played the role for seventeen years in Fox Studio’s X-Men franchise and is all set to make his MCU debut with the upcoming Ryan Reynolds-starrer Deadpool 3. The actor had previously retired from the role after Logan.
With his MCU debut and if he decides to return, chances of Jackman’s Wolverine crossing paths with other beloved Marvel characters are great. Wolverine is known for his rage and the one who matches his animalistic rage is the Incredible Hulk. A recently released fan art depicts a possible battle between the two raging superheroes. Only one of them can win.

Hugh Jackman And Mark Ruffalo Battle It Out In Fan Art
What is better than one raging superhero capable of destroying any obstacle? Two of them against each other. In a viral fan art by the Instagram artist Esheffects, Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk battle it out in a desert wasteland. The battle sees Wolverine and Hulk face off and fight to the death in an open arena.
The art series begins with a frame of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine stabbing Hulk as the latter screams in pain. Subsequent images build up the fight as the two face off. Wolverine chases the Hulk and launches at him to match the latter’s height while the Hulk goes Berserk. Punches and stabs are thrown generously as they angrily battle it out.
While there is no clear end to the fight, fans in the comments speculated that Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine would win,
Wolverine might have a small chance vs MCU Hulk cuz they really weakened him down. Any other version of the Hulk absolutely tanks Wolverine.

Wolverine And The Hulk Have Fought In The Comics
Hugh Jackman and Mark Ruffalo’s Marvel characters Wolverine and Hulk have never clashed on screen due to them being part of two different studios, until now. With the acquisition of Fox Studios by Disney, the X-Men will finally be making it into the MCU, and the first two characters to fully transition would be Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds.
Jackman’s inclusion in the MCU could finally put him in the path of Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and an adaptation of the classic storyline Ultimate Wolverine vs. The Hulk could finally come to fruition. In the comics, Wolverine is tasked with assassinating the Hulk by S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury. Logan goes to a village in Tibet to find Hulk relaxing.
The two battle it out and the Hulk ends up tearing Logan apart in half. Logan then attempts to save Bruce from death after he realizes that the love of his life Betty Ross turned into the Ultimate She-Hulk. The fight ends with Logan and the Hulk calming down and returning to civilization together after Nick Fury takes She-Hulk to turn her back into Betty.
