Relationships can be challenging, and even celebrity couples should make every effort to keep their bond strong. When it comes to being a ‘girlfriend’, many A-list actresses have their own opinions on how they should treat their men. Some make the most offbeat rules, and their partners just go along with them. Jennifer Lawrence is one such actress, who has also formed some rules to follow when in a relationship.

The Hunger Games actress once discussed her s*xual life in great detail, and, yes, she was straight to the point. While on a press tour for her film, Red Sparrow, Lawrence admitted to The Sun that it has been a “very long time” since she last had s*x.

Why is that? Because she pays close attention to STIs, in particular. And, apparently, p*nises. Really?

Her statement undoubtedly brings attention to a critical issue because STIs are very common, but the majority of people do not get tested often enough.

In an interview with The Sun, the Red Sparrow actress disclosed that she used to insist her ex-boyfriends undergo an STD test before they could have s*x with her. Although some people might consider this to be a bit extreme, Lawrence does not think so.

“I always talk like I want d*ck, but the truth is when I look back at my s*xual past it was always with boyfriends.”

Her concern over contracting an STD is another issue that keeps coming up:

“I am mostly also a germaphobe. I have made it this far without an STI. D**k is dangerous.”

Additionally, she made a suggestion that she would take any potential partners to a GUM clinic before anything happened, saying:

“If I was at the point where I could get a STI, doctors have already be involved. That is how much of a germaphobe I am.”

Well, her demands may come across as a bit of a buzzkill to some, but her dedication to safe s*x is both admirable and essential. In fact, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the number of STDs in the US is rising.

Well, the 32-year-old actress is famous for her performance in a number of critically acclaimed Hollywood films, including The Hunger Games, X-Men, Red Sparrow, Passengers, and others. But very few people are familiar with her husband, and thus, interested in learning more about him.

Cooke Maroney has dedicated the majority of his career to the arts, following in the footsteps of his father, James Maroney, a former art dealer. He married the Passengers actress in a lavish wedding ceremony that was held in Rhode Island in 2019. But prior to getting married, they made every effort to keep their relationship private and hidden from the public.
