And just like everybody else, he also gets in the grove when the festival of giving and the new year roll around. This year, Hart had the opportunity to be a part of the New Year Special Program by CNN, where he was in conversation with this year’s hosts Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper, and was enjoying the festivities, but after he learned that the company hadn’t let the hosts consume even a tiny bit of alcohol on New Year’s eve, he decided to let them know his frustration.

As the new year was all set to roll around after new year’s eve, CNN New Year Special Program hosts Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen were delighted to see Kevin Hart joining them through virtual means from Las Vegas. New York’s national New Year Special Program has been a custom for the United States every year for a long time, and this year was the continuation for many more to come. But then, Kevin Hart noticed something peculiar that didn’t sit right with him.

As the Jumanji star noticed that both the hosts of the program looked absolutely sober, he asked what was the absurd reason that they didn’t have any booze in them, to which they revealed that CNN had barred the duo from consuming any alcohol while on camera. After hearing this, Hart was so surprised and frustrated that he started to roast the company for depriving humans of the spirit of the festival as he furiously started to drink in his video feed to show the channel that he doesn’t give a sh*t about its rules while also becoming the voice for the hosts’ thoughts. He said:

“What’s going on? I can’t believe this right now, I’m watching you guys and you’re completely sober. This is disappointing. You’re sober. What’s happening? What is happening right now? You guys can’t say anything about it but I can. I can say things about it. This is absolute bullshit. I don’t like it one bit. I’m going to say what you want to say. This is absolute horseshit. I can’t believe this.”

As Hart went on to roast the channel and drink right on the air to represent defiance, both the hosts could not help by laugh hysterically and uncontrollably.
