In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), the news was confirmed that Zack Snyder is building a cinematic universe. The co-writer of Rebel Moon, Kurt Johnstad revealed some big things about the upcoming movie and what the plans for the future holds!
“At some point, you’ll be able to go ‘Okay, this is my favorite sci-fi fantasy series’. Give me 10 years and then you’ll be able to like…let me just lay out, in success, I think we have a very ambitious timeline of the world and so I don’t think fans will be disappointed”.

Although it may or may not be a cinematic universe at hand, Zack Snyder is all set and geared up for the release of the first part. The veteran director’s film is set for a release date of 15th December 2023 in a limited theatrical run in the UK and the USA. The movie will then be available to stream on Netflix from December 21, 2023.
