Ella Purnell’s recent show created by Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet and executive produced with a few episodes directed by Jonathan Nolan has debuted on Prime Video with astonishing praise from critics and fans. Purnell plays Lucy MacLean, a young Vault Dweller in the show. The actor has forged her name as a breakout star in television with several prominent roles. After voicing the title character in Netflix’s Arcane, she went on to appear in the Prime Video hit show Invincible starring Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and J. K. Simmons.

Purnell appeared alongside MCU star Chloe Bennet (played Skye/Daisy Johnson/Quake in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the MCU). Purnell played Jane, a friend of Bennet’s character Riley who is also an archaeologist with super strength. However, their appearances were quite short in the Robert Kirkman-created mega-hit show.

Still, the cameo of the duo has the potential to reappear in the upcoming seasons of the show, if that pans out, fans will have more insight into their characters reliving on screen.

“You know what? It’s a little cameo role. I don’t think I can say anymore than that. It’s not for very long. It’s a little callback to a Season 1 bit. It’s a little Easter egg. I don’t know if anyone will even notice, but I don’t know. We’ll see! I can’t quite remember. I also did that during Fallout, I think. On a Sunday.”

The sci-fi animated action series Invincible will return with season 3 (per CBR) after the successful run of the first two seasons as revealed by the creator himself. As for Fallout, the Purnell, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moises Arias, Xelia Mendes-Jones, and Walton Goggins-starrer show has been a huge hit and is expected for the renewal for other seasons. However, details of the extension are still under wraps.
