During a recent interview with The Guardian, Moss-Bachrach was asked about the scene involving the singing. Moss-Bachrach’s rendition would have earned him respect from a few Swifties. He revealed that the scene took some rehearsal and was a bit challenging to shoot.

He shared that his teenage daughters weren’t really Swifties. But the actor admired the Cruel Summer singer as she was a great songwriter and cat lover, and she liked Rhode Island. However, he still had to keep the lyrics of the song next to him during the take.

Moss-Bachrach revealed that after multiple rehearsals, the song was now burned into his heart and head. He added that he could never forget the lyrics of Love Story again. He shared with The Guardian:

That took some rehearsal. My daughters aren’t really Swifties, for whatever reason. I think she’s probably a great songwriter, she’s a cat lover, I think she likes Rhode Island, so in my book, she’s great.

I did have to have some of the lyrics right next to me, but now they’re burned into my heart and burned into my head. I don’t think I’ll ever get those lyrics out of me.

Besides winning him the Emmy, The Bear role has also given Moss-Bachrach other opportunities in Hollywood. Most prominently, he was cast as Ben Grimm/The Thing in Marvel’s upcoming film, The Fantastic Four.

And I think if we feel back even further in the third season and I see kind of like just how wild and crazy task it is to open up a restaurant and what it takes to keep it going. I definitely didn’t have any idea how hard it is. So I have a newfound respect and sympathy for everyone that’s working in a restaurant. I don’t think I’m made up of such tough stuff to work there.
