Although the slow-burn setting that weaves the characters into the storyline is quite phenomenal, audiences simply divert their obsession toward the testosterone-filled fight scenes. Although Hardy credited the 2011 Gavin O’Connor movie for teaching him valuable lessons, he couldn’t fathom the anger issues that come tagged along. “99 percent of the job is imagining other people’s insecurities, and that went right out the f*cking window!” he stated. However, he was still grateful for the experience of working alongside O’ Conner and his co-star Joel Egerton.
