Recently, EW posted a video comparing Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively‘s interviews from 2005. The two talked about their teenage years and Lively highlighted how it was the best time of her life, while for Reynolds, it was the most “wounding” time. In the interview, Lively said,
“Older men, when they get married, you know, you understand women more because you’re with them all the time. But, teenage boys don’t really get it as much. It’s so exciting, the prom, the two-week press tour, and my press junket, it’s the same day as my prom. Grad Night, Graduation, I mean – It’s just like this whole whirl of amazing things.”
We can just conclude that high school was amazing for Blake Lively, however, it isn’t the same for her dear husband.

High school wasn’t particularly a magical experience for Ryan Reynolds. The actor explained that it was the most “wounding time” in his life,
“I don’t think high school is a pleasant experience for anybody. It’s the most wounding time you could ever have. I have pent-up aggression from high school. I really do. I was beat up on ’cause I didn’t grow till the twelfth grade. I was actually a lawn ornament until the twelfth grade.”
Reynolds was raised in the Roman Catholic Church in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighborhood, while Lively attended Burbank High School in Burbank, California.

The couple supports each other and keeps a healthy competition. On multiple occasions, Lively has written the movies that Reynolds has worked in. They share four children and their relationship shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
