Daniel Radcliffe’s Body Transformation Sparked Casting Rumors
Working on his TV series Miracle Workers, Daniel Radcliffe has recently revealed his incredible body transformation in a shirtless scene in the finale of the show. Thereafter, how drastic body transformation has led to a unanimous prediction from fans.
In Miracle Workers, Daniel Radcliffe plays different characters each season, and in the finale, the actor plays the role of a Mad Max-style road warrior named Sid. In one scene, he is shown tearing off his clothes to reveal his muscly body. And ever since then, Radcliffe sparked casting rumors as a superhero.
After the scene aired, many viewers were quick to come up with their fan theories about Radcliffe being secretly eyed to play Wolverine in MCU, for its forthcoming X-Men reboot. Further, the speculations solidified as Hugh Jackman mentioned giving over the reins to a new actor after his appearance in Deadpool 3.

Daniel Radcliffe Finally Addressed Wolverine Casting Rumor
Although Marvel has yet to address these rumors, fans seem to have made up their mind and thus fan-casted Daniel Radcliffe as Wolverine. Considering the actor’s shirtless clip from the TV series and comparing it with Wolverine’s body, the $30B Marvel fandom seems to have accepted Radcliffe as the new Wolverine.
But, in order to subside the floating rumors, the 34-year-old actor finally addressed the speculations and broke his silence. With the X-Men getting closer to finally becoming a part of the MCU, Radcliffe shut down those rumors, during a recent lie detector test for Vanity Fair.
“No. Yes! [laughs when asked if he got buff for no reason] I got buff because I am obsessive, and I want to…you’ve seen my parents, they’re like insane fitness people. So that’s just been passed on…but no, no Wolverine. Flattered, but no.”
Debunking the rumors of being sought as Wolverine, Daniel Radcliffe calmed the entire Marvel fandom. But now, the bigger question remains unanswered – if not Radcliffe as Wolverine, then who? Marvel Studios has yet to make any official comments on the same.
