Regarded by many as one of the most beautiful women on the planet, it’s no surprise that people would be intimidated by the presence of Angelina Jolie around them. Her strong and captivating gaze mixed with her flowing body language but stern demeanor is something that is definitely polarizing, to say the least. Comedian and TV producer Rosie O’Donnell figured this out firsthand when they decided to go on a date, but she had to cancel it because she was terrified of the Lara Croft star.

In the year 2009, the Sleepless In Seattle star was going through a rough patch with her now ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, O’Donnell revealed that during their split, she was having a supposed fling with Jolie through her phone. She revealed that they conversed regularly and that at one point, she also had fixed a date with the Maleficent star. But soon after, she had to cancel it because she was scared of Jolie’s intimidating persona and sensual presence. She said:
“She gave me her phone number, We talked on the phone two or three times, but that was that . . .There was a tentative plan to have dinner that never came through. I was a little afraid of her. She’s scary in a sexual kind of way. I have dreams about her a lot still.”
This was the time when Jolie had recently been married to Brad Pitt, which might seem a bit odd, but Pitt didn’t seem to mind, and neither did Jolie.
