Nicolas Cage has mixed emotions about Keanu Reeves’ skillset

As mentioned, in the recent Reddit AMA forum held by Nicolas Cage and Nicholas Hoult, the former revealed the reason he seems to have mixed emotions about Keanu Reeves, is because the latter beat him in a game of billiards one night. He said amusingly, “Well… Keanu kicked my as* at billiards one night.” He further explained,

“He came up to my house on his motorcycle, and he was making these impossible shots. He said ‘now I dunno if I can get that shot or this shot’ and he made every single shot. So I have mixed emotions about the skill that Keanu has because he completely dominated me at pool.”

As a result, fans of Cage and Reeves both are finding it increasingly hilarious. As for the original question, Cage named a few of his earlier performances. He said, “some of the early stuff like Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure,” and also gave special mention to River’s Edge, saying, “He was just great in that movie, yeah.” Nicholas Hoult also mentioned that his favorite Reeves movies are, “the first John Wick. Speed as well,” much to the rejoicing of fans.
