Jeremy Renner seems to be recovering well. The Hollywood star got into an accident on New Year, while helping a family member to get their car out of the snow. Renner suffered blunt chest trauma and critical orthopedic injuries in the accident. He has been hospitalized since the accident and has been sharing updates with his fans. Although the Hawkeye star seems to be getting better, new reports have revealed that the injuries are “worse than anyone knows.” Reports by Radar Online also claimed that The Town star might lose a leg due to the critical injuries he suffered during the accident.

Jeremy Renner Hopes Fans Are Enjoying Mayor of Kingstown Season 2

Season 2 of Paramount’s Mayor of Kingstown was released on 15 January on Paramount+. The show brings Mike McLusky back as he tries to find a solution to the lack of leadership. The Marvel star has been playing the lead, Mike McLusky, since the first season of the show.

Jeremy Renner has been taking in fans’ reviews on social media. The Vault star has been sharing tweets reminding fans to watch and share their thoughts on the show. On the season premiere of the show, he asked “Let me know what you think!” by sharing a picture of his character in the show. 

He also shared that he wanted to watch the second season with his family at his home. The Avengers star recently shared another tweet saying that he hopes fans enjoyed the first episode of the show. “I hope you all enjoy the show. So much more coming your way,” he said on Twitter.

Fans and friends are loving the Arrival star and have said that this is his best role to date and are excited for the upcoming episodes of the show. They have also wished him a speedy recovery and said that they are praying for him to get better soon. 

Mayor of Kingstown’s first episode of the second season premiered on Paramount+ on 15 January 2023. Every Sunday one episode of the show will release on the streaming platform and the next episode will premiere on January 22. The second season of Mayor of Kingstown is expected to have 10 episodes in total.

Jeremy Renner’s Unscripted Series on Disney+

Other than Paramount’s Mayor of Kingstown, Jeremy Renner is also set to feature in a four-part non-scripted series on Disney+. The series, titled Rennervations will feature the Tag star’s passion to help and “giving back to communities around the world.”

Renner will be “reimagining unique purpose-built vehicles to meet a community’s needs.” Prior to his unfortunate accident, he shared short clips and updates regarding the Disney+ non-scripted show. “I’m so excited for the holidays. And a NEW show on @DisneyPlus early next year,” he shared on his Twitter earlier.

The release date of the show is yet not confirmed, but it is expected to release in early 2023. Jeremy Renner is still in the hospital recovering from his injuries. New reports have revealed that he has suffered many critical injuries and might have to undergo more surgeries in the upcoming days. He has already been through two surgeries. 

The second season of Mayor of Kingstown is available to stream on Paramount+.
