During his recent appearance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Kimmel, Dave Bautista shared that he adopted one of his dogs through Millie Bobby Brown. The actor recalled getting a call from Chris Pratt, who informed him about a dog that his co-star was seeking a home for.

“I know that you’re a fan of this breed,” Pratt told Dave Bautista before adding, “And my co-star is trying to adopt her out.” While Bautista was hesitant initially, considering he already owned three dogs, he couldn’t resist after seeing the dog’s photo. “And I just [kept] looking at [the dog’s] picture—I just fell in love with her,” he said.

After Millie Bobby Brown arranged for someone to deliver the dog to the Dune 2 star, he received her at around midnight. “I got home and I was there and I waited and these two guys showed up in the middle of the night around midnight,” he told the show host.

Although he did not meet the actress personally, he expressed gratitude to her for connecting him with his new dog, Talulah. Bautista shared that the Damsel star named her and he decided to keep the name. Along with Bautista, his ex-wife adopted Talulah’s little sister, whom they named Delilah.
