However, despite their performance and chemistry, the film couldn’t escape being a box-office disappointment. However, when it made its OTT debut, it achieved commercial success. Furthermore, the makers have announced a sequel to Jungle Cruise.

According to a news outlet, the film is speculated to be released sometime in 2025, although the ongoing writers-actors strikes may potentially delay its release.

As of now, no major updates about the film have been revealed, but there are speculations that Jack Whitehall might also return to reprise his role as Lily’s brother, MacGregor.
