In an interview with Essence, Zoe was asked to run through the A to Z of her life and said the letter S is for s*x.
Guardians of The Galaxy actress said,
“Love it, love it, love it. Can’t live without it.”
“I love s*x. I love skin. I don’t believe the body is something to hide.”
“I think in American society, we’re messing up our kids by taking away the education on and awareness of our s*xuality and replacing it with violence, guns, and video games – and we’re breeding little criminals.”
On being asked if the actress was open to doing a graphic s*x scene, she said,
“If you asked a painter, ‘Are you going to paint in red?’ the answer would be, ‘I’m going to paint paintings and if one day there is red in it, there’s red in it.'”
The actress had done a graphic love scene in the movie Avatar, and it is counted among the most popular scenes from James Cameron’s superhit flick.
Zoe Saldana refused the n*de scene in The Losers
Zoe Saldana’s n*de s*x scene was loved by her fans and watched in large numbers. However, there was once a time when the actress was against n*dity on screen. As per reports, the actress had once demanded the director to remove the n*dity part from a film.
The film in context is The Losers, and Saldana had to do a n*de scene with her co-star Chris Evans. The actress refused to go for n*dity in the scene with the Captain America star.
The actress was not in favor of the idea of n*dity in the scene as she felt that it did not fit in place for the action thriller movie plot. Hence, she decided to talk about the scene to the movie director.
“The way that scene was written in the original script, my character was naked. I literally told the director, ‘If I am going to do this scene, there is no way I’m going to be n*de because it just isn’t necessary or even believable.’”
The filmmaker eventually agreed to Saldana’s request after several negotiations. The actress was seen in a bra and panties in the scene. Pirates of the Caribbean actress share that she does not mind using her physical assets as a weapon, but she has certain boundaries.
