Announcement for the next Skate game initially happened over three years ago, and now we have an update, it seems. Summer Game Fest is said to share some details on the popular extreme sports series. Many would have been expecting EA Sports FC 25 showcase or at least some update regarding it, but this might catch more eyes from the community.
The games in the series are not typical skateboard video games and stand apart owing to their unique control system. The last update for the game came recently in an interview where the team discussed the revival of the game, now titled skate.

Upon engaging with the post, fans were too happy for the game to be getting an update, to which one user, dubbed alex_golflegend, says he “needs this“. Seems like the golfer is a big fan of skateboards.

The video game has been liked for its innovative gameplay that gives a push to players’ creativity and feeds the thrill. As the market is already filled with games like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Skull and Bones, Starfield, and more that gamers aren’t giving much love to, the extreme sports game may add to a new variety and maybe push engagement in the community.
