Bradley Cooper is not just a wonderful director but also a great director. He has displayed his talent in many ways and not once has he given his fans an opportunity to doubt that skill. From the Marvel Cinematic Universe to the Hangover franchise, one after the other he has given some of the most incredible and appreciated performances. Out of all the movies he has worked on, it is The Hangover and all its following parts that live in the hearts of the fans endlessly.
To go on an adventure as wild as that of the movies with some of the most incredible storytelling and comedic timing, there is no doubt that a lot of people wish to see more of Phil, Alan, and Stu. That includes Cooper as well, seeing that he wishes to make a 4th part if possible.
Bradley Cooper Would Like a Hangover Sequel
Bradley Cooper is known extravagantly for roles like Rocket Raccoon and Pat Solitano, but the role that shines the most is that of Phil Wenneck in the Hangover franchise. While speaking with The New Yorker Radio Hour, the actor revealed that he would not mind returning for a possible 4th and 5th part of the series.
“Well, I would do Hangover 5. It would be Hangover 4 first, but yeah. I would do probably Hangover 4 in an instant, yeah, just because I love [director] Todd [Phillips], I love Zach [Galifianakis], I love Ed [Helms] so much. I probably would, yeah.”
He opened up about how if there was an option of starring in the 4th Hangover, he would do it without hesitation. He is so attached to the cast and the director, Todd Phillips that to come back as his iconic character would not be something he would ever seem to mind. However, the chances are near slim to zero.
Bradley Cooper Doesn’t Think Hangover Would Return
Bradley Cooper, while talking to the New Yorker Radio Hour, also added that despite his own wants, he highly doubts that the franchise is likely to return. According to him, Todd Phillips might not be interested in making another Hangover film even though it is highly loved by the fans.
“I don’t think Todd is ever going to do that.”
The actor may have stepped into much more serious roles since then, but he will not think twice before jumping back into the adventurous journey that follows Phil, Alan, and Stu. That is also to say, everyone, including Phillips, has a schedule extremely tight.
