Robert Pattinson has always been a big-film name in the industry. Having starred in several popular movies like Christopher Nolan’s spy thriller Tenet (2020) and the psychological horror film The Lighthouse (2019), apart from several dramas across genres, Pattinson made it big in the superhero genre as well, playing Batman in The Batman (2022).
Pattinson’s recent feature in The Batman earned him critical appraisal from all fronts, including from his girlfriend, supermodel Suki Waterhouse. The movie follows Batman as he pursues the Riddler, who is a serial killer going after the corrupt elite in Bruce Wayne’s Gotham City.

The Batman finishes on a thrilling note for viewers, as Pattinson’s Batman leaps onto a sparking electronic scoreboard of a flooding indoor arena, with several people trapped right below the scoreboard. Batman manages to cut the sparking cables to the scoreboard but falls into the water directly below.

Eventually, Patterson saves a group of people trapped in the wreckage by leading them out using a magnesium flare. It was later revealed that the well-written scene was primarily lit only by the flare itself.

Suki Waterhouse, Pattinson’s partner, revealed that she was moved to tears during the flare scene as she saw Batman helping the people. She said that she was ‘blown away’ by the scene, and added to the praise that the scene and movie have received from most quarters.

Suki Waterhouse and Robert Pattinson have had a relationship for around three years if sources’ claims are to be confirmed. The two British stars have kept their relationship under wraps for a long time and have only talked about it when pressed a lot. E! had first obtained resources revealing the two displaying affection for each other publicly in July 2018, but neither had confirmed any of the rumors.
Sources reported that the two had been only casually dating in the interlude, before an April 2019 interaction of The Sunday Times with Pattinson saw him talk about Waterhouse, but only hesitantly.
“If you let people in, it devalues what love is. If a stranger on the street asked you about your relationship, you’d think it extremely rude. If you put up a wall it ends up better. I can’t understand how someone can walk down the street holding hands, and it’s the same as when I do it and a hundred people are taking your photo. The line between when you’re performing and when you’re not will eventually get washed away and you’ll go completely mad.” said Pattinson.
Fans and viewers love speculating about the Batman star and the supermodel even as they try to keep it as private as possible, and rightly so. They confirmed their relationship in 2020 and the adorable couple has been the source of hot gossip ever since.
