What troubled Daniel Radcliffe in front of his Harry Potter co-stars?

The Novels written by J.K. Rowling described Harry Potter as slightly above average and Daniel Radcliffe‘s height is around 5ft 5. Although the height difference was not a major issue in the initial days of the franchise, it quickly became one with the sequels. Rupert Grint is around 5ft 7 while Emma Watson is 5ft 4. Despite Watson and Radcliffe sharing almost the same heights, the latter is always considered to be a bit taller than the Hermione Granger fame.

Daniel Radcliffe claimed in an interview with MTV News that initially, it was all good where all of them were around the same height. But later, this height difference started to trouble him a bit as he felt insecure.

“I was worried on a personal level because I wanted to be slightly taller than I am, ideally. But I’ve now accepted it. Basically, I’ve came to the conclusion a while ago that you can either be really bitter about it or you can make loads of funny jokes.”

Daniel Radcliffe added that he always tackles the situation with a joke when his fans comment on his height.
