Timotheé Chalamet, in a recent interview, stated that he took some pointers from Austin Butler during their shoot on Dune to get into the skin of musical icons. While Butler shared his excitement for Bob Dylan’s biopic, titled A Complete Unknown, he stated that he wished he could be on the set to see the magic unfold.

Chalamet responds by mentioning Johnny Cash’s biopic Walk The Line, which features a brief Elvis cameo. He added that he wished Austin Butler would reprise his role as Elvis, thus creating a shared musical cinematic universe.

Currently, both stars are cracking up the silver screen in Denis Villeneuve‘s magnum opus Dune: Part Two, which was released this past week.
