Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis are scheduled to file in the middleweight category in the upcoming UFC 297, scheduled on January 20. Like any other, there has been a lot of building up that has been happening, which includes heated alterations between the two. Things, however, took a turn for the worse during the UFC 296 in Las Vegas.

On Saturday, more than a month before they were scheduled to fight, the two were seated very close to each other. This, of course, led to some heated energy, glances, and interaction between the two. This, however, took a turn for the worse, when Strickland pounced on Du Plessis, and the two ended up throwing fists. This has become all that fans can talk about, with many speaking out about how this is making them even more excited for the fight.

Mark Walberg Gets Trolled For Thinking He Would Have Been Some Help
It would seem that there was another celebrity in attendance here, that being, Mark Wahlberg. Recently, as reported by Spinnin Backfist, it was revealed that the actor ended up being in the bathroom when this fight took place. As if this wasn’t unfortunate enough, Wahlberg confessed that he thinks if he was present there, he could have helped stop this altercation.

This statement has provoked quite an interesting response from fans, who are trolling the actor for overestimating his capabilities. Both Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis are professionally trained fighters, with the former having the UFC title. While the actor does possess some training, from his time portraying a boxer in Father Stu, it would be nothing compared to these two.
