However, without losing his calm, Tom Cruise tried playing along and quipped, “At which point in the day?” Despite witnessing the actor’s awkwardness Ellen DeGeneres didn’t change the topic and asked him what he was wearing on the show. To which Cruise revealed that he was wearing briefs.

Making things a bit normal and casual, Cruise tried changing the topic, but Ellen DeGeneres was hellbent on learning about the actor’s underwear business. Navigating the conversation towards his R-rated comedy Risky Business where he shows off his moves in his underwear, DeGeneres asked about his dance moves.

Realizing DeGeneres’ interest, Cruise remarked, “I’m going to leave my pants on”. Handling the situation like a professional, the actor yet again returned on the show, in 2006.
