The anime will be broadcast on six TV Tokyo networks in Japan, as shown in the trailer. As the news hit the social media platforms, fans have started expressing their excitement for the much awaited series and are hoping that it will be as good if not better than the prequel Fairy Tales series.
Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest Finally Announces Release Window
The manga’s Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest is a follow-up that centers on Natsu and his group’s efforts to complete the infamously challenging mission of sealing the five dragon gods of Giltena. The upcoming anime will have the voice actors from the first anime in their original roles.
The announcement, which comes with teaser images and a trailer, includes well-known series characters like Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, Gray Fullbuster, Erza Scarlet, and Wendy Marvell.
J.C. Staff has not provided a particular release date for the upcoming Fairy Tail anime, which is planned to be released in July 2024 as part of the summer anime program that year.
Since its publication in 2018, one year after the conclusion of the original manga series, more than one hundred chapters have been released by Kodansha. The anime adaptation was first confirmed for September 2021. The narrative is authored by Atsuhiro Tomioka, with music produced by Yasuharu Takanashi, noted for his work on Fairy Tail and Naruto Shippuden.
