WWE Makes History By Selling Ring Mat Sponsorship To Logan Paul’s Prime

WWE just made a big move, selling sponsorship rights to the center of its wrestling ring to Logan Paul’s Prime sports drink. It’s a historic deal, marking the first time WWE has ever put a partner’s logo right in the middle of the action.

As per the Company news, the announcement came on Friday, with WWE boasting about a record-setting agreement with Prime Hydration, the beverage brand owned by Paul and KSI. This move follows a similar strategy for the UFC, which is now under the same corporate umbrella as WWE.

TKO Group, formed last year in a merger involving UFC owner Endeavor, has been bringing UFC and WWE closer together in terms of partnerships. WWE’s partnership with Prime comes hot on the heels of UFC’s exclusive global deal with the drink brand back in January 2023.

In addition to getting their logo on the ring mat, Prime Hydration will get a ton of exposure at WWE’s top events like WrestleMania and Money in the Bank. They’ll also be featured in various WWE promotions and get shout-outs from WWE Superstars on social media.

But that’s not the only big partnership making waves. The Los Angeles Lakers, a legendary basketball franchise, have also teamed up with Prime Hydration. Founded by YouTubers in 2022, Prime Hydration has quickly risen to prominence, even becoming the top-selling sports drink at Walmart in January 2024.

For the Lakers, this partnership adds another prestigious name to their roster, joining the ranks of basketball legends like Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson. It’s a testament to the growing influence of Prime Hydration and the vision of its founders.

However, not everyone seems thrilled about these partnerships. Boxing star Ryan Garcia recently gave a scathing review of WWE’s Mat Sponsor and Paul’s Prime, raising doubts about the quality of these endorsed products.

“The difference between alcohol and prime is one says it can kill you the other claims it’s healthy meanwhile it’s killing you.”

He even spilled the beans about some nasty chemicals in Prime.
