Even though the film was amazing and received positive reviews from critics and fans alike, its lead actress didn’t like the idea of Cruise — which was doing three premieres just in a single day.

But it’s not like it didn’t sit well. She happily took the task of attending the three premieres in just one day as if she was walking on the air.

Emily Blunt and Tom Cruise attended the three global premieres of Edge of Tomorrow all in one day. Even though it was tough, she willingly accepted the big job with her co-star.

She even said, “We like doing premieres this way. It’s much more fun.” But there’s no doubt that she was frustrated with the idea that Cruise proposed —  doing three premieres for 2014 film, that too all in one day.

Blunt told The Associated Press, “When I heard about the premiere idea of three in one day, I just said, ‘That’s Tom’s idea.” The actress initially found it challenging because she had to prepare a new dress, makeup, and hairdo for each event, while her co-star only needed a new suit.

According to the same outlet, Cruise and Blunt joked about who would have more stamina throughout the day.

“Because I have a baby, I’m not sleeping as much anyway,” said Blunt, who was mom to her new baby girl Hazel. Cruise countered: “You’ll be, like, unconscious. But I’ll be there.”

Cruise and Blunt began their premiere day in London, went to Paris, and finished in New York. Before leaving for Paris, the actress expressed gratitude and bid farewell to her hometown, London.

In Paris, the Sicario star elevated her fashion game by changing from the pink-and-blue printed dress (she wore in London) to a leather outfit with sheer cutouts. Whereas the Top Gun: Maverick star switched from a black suit and tie to blue.

Then, both the Hollywood stars arrived for the final destination — New York’s AMC Lincoln Square — after 10 p.m. ET, and at last, they thanked their fans. Blunt stunned again with another flawless look — this time in a long red gown with tight hair.
