The Rock followed an exhausting diet for his role as Black Adam

Most of Dwayne Johnson’s roles don’t need him to exceed his limit, his everyday diet and training seem to get the job done. But for his dream project, Dwayne Johnson wanted to give it his all to attain the perfect structure for the anti-hero and surpassed his previous training and diet.

The Black Adam actor reportedly reduced his diet to a very basic level and even limited his intake of water and sodium. And even though it was getting difficult for Johnson to follow the diet after an extensive training session, it eventually paid off. The dry look of the actor due to lack of sodium and water helped his gains to pop out even more.
