Daniel Radcliffe Is Unhappy With The Amount of Nudity In His Movies

During an exclusive interview with Guardian, Daniel Radcliffe stated how he was starting to get frustrated with the movies he is working in. “No, I’ve got to get a sustained series of jobs where I don’t have to get naked. But I haven’t hit one of them yet, for some reason. There was that first few years of my career when I was just doing Potter where there wasn’t a huge amount of nudity.”

“But since then it’s been almost every job. Recently I had my gay s*x scene in Kill Your Darlings, a skinny-dipping scene in The F Word, and a straight s*x scene in Horns. It’s just been a year of it.”

While this can be funny to some people, Radcliffe has a good logic because ever since the Harry Potter films came to an end. Following the success of the fantasy franchise, Radcliffe has tried to take on roles distinct roles to establish himself as a method actor. Despite the effort, the Swiss Army Man actor was part of a plethora of films where he had to present his body for the roles.

During an exclusive interview with The Mirror, Rupert Grint stated how Radcliffe could not commit to the idea of getting a memorable Harry Potter tattoo on his body, as he wanted to distance himself from the franchise and how he thinks of his body as an empty canvas.

“There was talk between us about doing something like a tattoo. It would have been something subtle like Harry’s lightning scar. It would’ve been a great way of marking the end of filming.”

While the dreams of a matching tattoo had died, even a small tattoo on Radcliffe’s body was too big of a commitment for him. And it looks like it will stay like this for a long time, as the Jungle actor does not intend to get inked ever.
