Jackie Chan Watched His Journey in His Own Film With Teary-Eyes

His recent movie Ride On, directed by Larry Yang, ravishingly depicts the hard work of his mastery of cinematic skills, which Chan has been showcasing on the silver screen since he stepped into the spotlight.

An emotional scene from the movie went viral in which Chan, who played the eponymous character Lao Luo, stands with his daughter Xiao Bao and watches some of the most memorable stunt scenes from his real-life cinematic journey. Luo becomes emotional upon watching his film journey, which is quite iconic and a perfect homage to the action legend Jackie Chan’s real life.

In the video, a young woman called him “Papa” and that became a speculation among the fans whether that woman was Chan’s real-life daughter or not. Later, it was confirmed that she was Liu Haocun, the actor who portrays Chan’s daughter in the film Ride On.

Xiao Long Nu earlier accused her father of being homophobic and suggests her s*xual orientation is the reason for her and her father’s estrangement.

Xiao Long Nu Never Regarded Jackie Chan as a Father

In 2015, she reportedly told E! News that Chan is her “biological father” but nothing more. She added, “He never existed in my life. I will never regard him as a father. As long as I have my mother with me, I don’t need my father.”
