Thereafter, an Instagram user fueled the fire by posting a fanart of Jensen Ackles in a Batman outfit. The actor best known for his role in the renowned TV series Supernatural appears to be running for the role of Bruce Wayne. 

Jensen Ackles has previously voiced the character of Jason Todd in the animated film Batman: Under the Red Hood. Further, he has also used his voice to play the role of Batman in the recent adaptation of Batman: The Long Halloween.
